Treating

Last year we went to Trunk or Treat at UT. We got so much candy, we decided to go back this year! There were more trunks, more people, better t-shirts and another kid for us to tote around. We had a great time.

She wasn't so sure about approaching all the college students.

But when she did, they put stuff in her bag!

And sometimes they let her take it from them and put it in her bag by herself!

Her favorite stops were the ones that let her grab whatever she wanted to put in her bag. She would pick up a piece, look at it, put it down, pick up a different piece, look at it, put it down. Repeat, repeat, repeat.

Christopher toted Dax around.

We had trouble getting the spider hat over Dax's head. And Julia didn't want to keep her cat mask on.

Next year we need to make sure we practice saying "Trick or Treat!" before we leave the house. Julia eventually caught on about halfway through.
