Can you freeze whole cloves of roasted garlic? Well, that would be easy. The actual question I guess is "Can you freeze whole cloves of roasted garlic for later use without affecting their flavor?"

We were not sure so I googled and found the following website that indicates you can do it. Hope this helps. http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/load/harvest/msg07131033803.html?7
Thanks. That does help. I mainly use the cloves to make garlic butter. I'm thinking of just going ahead and mixing it up, then freezing the butter mixture. It sounds like it might work.
