To The Rescue

My mom came up for a few days to help me ... she watched the kids while I ran all those quick stop errands that seem to pile up because you just can't bring yourself to unharness the two kids from the car seats just to run into the post office to buy stamps. She also read many, many, many books to Julia, helped clean (including bathrooms, a true sacrifice) and brought the kids a great new toy (her suitcase, which provided many hours of entertainment for Julia and Dax).


In return, she got to make cookies with Julia (HA! I say that like it's a reward :P) Julia did the decorating, but was not allowed to eat all her art. She had to share :)
