When Julia was born, we filled out tons of paperwork. Included in that was a form allowing UT's Infant Development Research Center to contact us for any research projects which needed children Julia's age. We were contacted around the time she turned three months, but were unable to participate in that project because of a trip to Mississippi. Yesterday a girl called to see if we could participate in a project about toddlers. The requirements being that your child could walk across a room, but had only been walking for 3-5 weeks. I'm not exactly sure when Julia started walking, but I thought we fell in that category so I volunteered her. We'll be going on Monday morning to see what happens when Julia is on one side of the room and I'm on the other with a set of baby steps between us. Dave asked if we would be disqualified if Julia ignored me and started playing on her side of the room. Knowing Our Girl, that's not outside the realm of possibility.

You like these small cliff hangers, don't ya? The last time you piqued my curiosity, you took off for a weekend trip saying "We know what were having, but we ain't telling yet..."
I'll check back later. Have fun!!
