I forgot to mention:
ONE: The doctor said The Peanut looked great. All the measurements were within the normal range. Although, that makes me wonder if she really is Dave's and my child! Normal? The weight is 13 ounces and the heartbeat was 154 beats per minute. Everything points to January 4 being a fairly accurate estimate of the due date.
TWO: Echo had a birthday!!!! Yesterday, our pup turned one year old. (Of course we just guessed at her birth date, but we'll pretend like we know for sure.) So, our puppy is now officially a dog.

I went to the animal shelter with Aubrey the other day, and THAT was a mistake, because now I am more puppy crazy than ever before. I came really close to just scooping one up and taking it home. I want to throw a dog a birthday party and get to be its mom!
That's how we ended up with Echo. I begged Dave to go one Saturday "just to look." HA!
